Managing Partner | Chartered Accountant
Ankit is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in taxation, corporate finance, and strategic business advisory. He founded ASVA & Associates LLP with a vision to build a modern, technology-driven advisory firm focused on delivering practical and result-oriented financial solutions.
Prior to ASVA, he served as Finance Controller for a subsidiary of a listed company and also worked with the Service FP&A team at Samsung. His expertise includes Virtual CFO services, strategic finance, GST litigation, transaction support, and business restructuring, supported by automation, AI-powered analytics, and custom financial dashboards.

CS Rahul Singh is the Associate member of Institute of Company Secretary of India, holds
a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce.
His expertise spans corporate law compliances, FEMA & RBI regulations, IPO readiness,
due diligence, corporate fund-raising, and compliance management for Alternative
Investment Funds (AIF).
CS Vanshika
CS Vanshika is a qualified Company Secretary committed to helping businesses navigate
corporate laws, regulatory compliances, corporate governance, and business registrations
by providing reliable advisory and compliance solutions tailored to their needs.
CS Vanshika is the member of Institute of Company Secretary of India, holds a Bachelor’s
degree of Commerce and pursuing LLB.
Her core areas of expertise include incorporation of various types of companies, including
subsidiaries of foreign companies; conducting secretarial audits of listed and unlisted
companies; end-to-end corporate compliance management; due diligence of public and
private companies; advisory and compliance services relating to IEPF matters; and
providing corporate and regulatory consultancy services to listed entities.
